By accessing or using the Array Stock content library ("Service") operated by Array Media ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who purchases or downloads content through the Service.
Purchasing or downloading content requires a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
All photographs, images, and other content available through the Service ("Content") are protected by United States and international copyright law. Array Media either owns the Content outright or has obtained all rights necessary to license it through the Service. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, display, or use of any Content — including downloading without a valid license, screenshotting watermarked previews for use, or using Content beyond the scope of your purchased license — is a violation of copyright law and these Terms.
Copyright infringement can result in significant civil liability, including statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work infringed under 17 U.S.C. § 504, plus attorneys' fees. We actively monitor for unauthorized use and will pursue all available legal remedies against infringers.
If you believe Content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to team@arraymedia.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our Service; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
All Content is licensed, not sold. Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the specific Content under the tier purchased. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Content. Array Media retains full copyright at all times.

Subscription plans include a Business license only. Commercial or Unlimited rights require a separate individual purchase at those tiers.
Regardless of license tier, you may never:
Individual Content licenses are available for Standard and Premium assets. Pricing is displayed before checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive license under the tier selected. All sales are final. Refunds are issued only if a file is technically defective (corrupted or undownloadable) and reported to us within 7 days of purchase.
Plans available: Starter ($79/month or $599/year, 10 credits per period) and Pro ($139/month or $999/year, 20 credits per period).
How credits work: Standard Content costs 1 credit per download. Premium Content costs 2 credits per download. Credits are applied at the time of download and are non-refundable.
Credits do not roll over. Any unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and are forfeited with no refund or credit.
License included: All content downloaded via a subscription plan is licensed under the Business tier only. Commercial or Unlimited use requires a separate individual purchase.
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. No refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period after renewal.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. We do not store your full card number. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access to your account until payment is resolved. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
All Content, trademarks, logos, and other materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Array Media. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. Array Media retains the right to use all Content for its own portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes at any time.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Array Media and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your use of Content beyond the scope of your purchased license; or (d) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights.
The Service and all Content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Array Media makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Array Media's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Array Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your licenses for previously downloaded Content remain valid under the terms of those licenses, but you may not download additional Content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Walton County, Florida. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email and will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
