1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is necessary to operate the Service and process your purchases. Specifically:

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.
• Payment information: When you make a purchase, your payment is processed directly and securely by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment was completed and which plan or asset was purchased, but we never see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or bank details. Those go directly to Stripe.
• Purchase history: We store a record of which content you have licensed, the license tier, and the date of purchase. This is necessary to verify your licenses and manage subscription credits.
• Server logs: Like all websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records basic technical information when you visit — including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you accessed. These logs are used for security and to keep the Service running, not for marketing or tracking.

We do not use advertising networks, third-party analytics tools, or behavioral tracking. We do not build profiles of your browsing habits.

• To process purchases and track your license entitlements and subscription credits
• To send transactional emails — such as purchase receipts, subscription renewal reminders, and password reset links — directly related to your account activity

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Running the Service requires two third-party providers who may handle your data as part of delivering their service:

• Stripe — handles all payment processing. When you check out, you interact directly with Stripe's secure payment form. Stripe collects and processes your payment details under their own Privacy Policy. We receive only a payment confirmation and transaction ID.
• Cloudflare — stores and delivers the photos and content you browse and download. Cloudflare may process your IP address as part of serving files. Their privacy practices are governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We do not use any other third-party data processors. We do not integrate social media tracking, advertising pixels, or analytics platforms.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in while you browse the Service. This cookie is strictly necessary — without it, you cannot stay signed in or complete a purchase. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any cookie that shares your activity with third parties. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from logging in or purchasing content.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and purchase history for as long as your account is active. If you request that your account be deleted, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain certain records for tax, legal, or accounting purposes (typically 7 years for financial records).

7. Your Choices

You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing team@arraymedia.com. We will respond as quickly as possible, typically within 30 days. We cannot delete purchase records we are legally required to keep, but we can remove your personal identifying information from them upon request.

8. Security

All data transmitted between your browser and our Service is encrypted via HTTPS. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We restrict access to account information to Array Media personnel who need it to operate the Service. No method of internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at team@arraymedia.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
